금일, 이글루스 로그인 시 로그인이 되지 않는 현상으로 인해 서비스 이용에 불편 드려 죄송합니다.

현 시간 오후 4시경 서비스 정상화 되었습니다.

약 3시간 가량 서비스 이용에 불편 드린 점 죄송하며, 이와 같은 불편 없으시도록 원인 파악 및 문제 해결을 위해 면밀히 살펴보도록 하겠습니다.

로그인 불가 현상 시간대 : 4월 9일 13시 ~ 15시 경 (수정 -> 16시 경)
(약 3시간)
※현재, 모바일앱 등에서의 로그인 부분도 확인중에 있습니다.

위 시간대에 로그인이 되지 않아 서비스 이용에 불편을 드린 점 진심으로 죄송합니다.

일시적으로 접속 장애가 발생 된 부분에 대해 면밀하게 확인하여 이와 같은 사항이 재발되지 않도록
최선을 다하겠습니다.

    해당 통계 페이지 또한, 로그인이 되지 않았던 원인과 동일한 원인으로 일시적으로 보이지 않았습니다.
    현재는 정상 접속 가능하오니 번거로우시겠지만 다시 확인 부탁 드립니다.

    비정상적인 로그인이 감지되어 일정 시간동안 로그인 할 수 없습니다. 메시지가 나옵니다.
    즉시 조치 부탁드립니다.
